CareDx 2024 Investor Day: 3-Year Growth Strategy

Situation:

New CEO was appointed in April 2024 and a key priority was to share the company's new 3-year growth strategy.

Action:

Develop a compelling presentation that could be shared during an Investor Day held October 2024 in New York at the Nasdaq headquarter office.

As part of the process, I led an RFP to hire a full service agency with investor day experience that could help develop the presentation and script, and provide speaker coaching as needed.

Result:

CEO and leaders delivered a high-quality presentation that provided a clear roadmap for investors on the company's 3 year growth strategy. The presentation also set the framework for sharing progress updates during quarterly earnings calls.

In follow-up analyst notes, there was universal pickup of a key messages that CareDx delivered during the presentation, including the key messages around how the company was unlocking growth across the business.
